Shipping Process

All items are shipped from our UAE Dubai warehouse by tracked delivery. Customers will receive updates via email.

All products will be delivered with temperature control and sanitised pre-dispatch. 

Delivery is within 48 hours for UAE, and 3-5 working days for all other countries.

 

Shipping Fees

Complimentary shipping is offered to all domestic customers over 1,000 AED.

International customers (delivery outside of UAE) are responsible for payment of any import duties or taxes.
